Pressure washer engine question New
« on: September 07, 2012, 10:22:40 am »
 hi all
just interested what you think to this trying to understand it.

i ahve used a honda 13hp for a few years now with a comet 16lpm 4000psi pump. its good. i used a fsc or turbo for stubborn stuff.

i recently had an 11hp diesel of lee kenney with a decent interpump on it. fired that up even better. decided to get another turbo so can two man  operate on both machines.

the power from the second set up was significantly better.

however the other day i had reason to use the honda again (because i was on my own and struggle to load the diesel single handedly, the honda has 4 pneumatic tires)

I selected the newer turbo which is supposed to be identical to the older one and on the honda it is also much better so some of the improvement on the newer set up is down to the turbo.

why would this be its the same, the old one does not have many hours on it so its not wear.?

just pussled really, i know there going to be fight over who gets the new one on the next job.

 cheers

 john
