20p?

Picked up a new job yesterday lady said she wasnt happy with her window cleaner didnt do frames. Charged her £7.80 why the 80p i asked she said he put it up 20p now and then. Does anybody else charge this way i just price in pounds.

20 years ago used to increase by 10-20p and still got people cancelling :'(
