Nick,
People are afraid of doing them I think, you need to know your stuff on these.

If I were near I would help, if you ever need any doing over Beds/ Cambs way let me know, have done hundreds of them. I love them and never fail.
Carpets and cookers too and have a guy who can help me if needed. Busy period coming up on these as you know!

Cheers
Paul

Hi Nick,
Im flat out on windows at the moment, last march out was on Henlow in Feb, can cover Wyton, Waterbeach too among the other locals.
We have crossed paths before, I was operations manager for the 'current' contractor, but it wasnt Ideal so I left to work for myself. Drop me an email if you want, email address in profile.

Based in Bedfordshire,  and there are 2 of us.

Hi

I thought it was ideals you worked for took over from brendon jones?

There will not be anymore at water beach now as they are shutting down.

Henlow has an awful DHE

Have you not had many march outs since feb ?

Yep that was me! There for over 2 years and cleaned hundreds of houses in that time and after leaving.

To be honest the window cleaning had been so busy I stopped advertising for marchouts, but miss doing them. Wont tread on your toes by starting them again as you are highly respected for what you do on the local camps and have a good name, but if ever you are short staffed or have too many give me a shout, would gladly help. There are 2 of us, both from Ideal!

Although Waterbeach are closing, wont they move everyone out, still needing the houses cleaning on exit?

Regards
Paul

I had a call today from one of my old teams asking me for advice, Ideal are making a huge mess everywhere apparantly. I have no clue how Steve and Jane still have jobs.
Worst company in history, unbelievable way of treating people.

Take care.

A lot of it is political as you know. It gets to the point where its not about cleaning a house, its scoring points and swiping at each other.
It would have put me in a box if I had stayed there.

Take care.

There is no such thing, its a national contract, currently split between 2 companies nationwide, one covering the north and one the south. Its an enormous contract, I was ops manager on the contract for 2 yrs and I know the south runs approx 60+ vehicles to give you an idea of size!! It is not split between camps.
There is nothing stopping you from advertising to do these cleans and some occupants will probably use you, but in a small number as the national company runs a pre paid scheme which is the majority of occupants use as it frees them of any issues after they have paid....or at least thats the idea!

Hope this helps
Paul
