Tosh,

Its all right my son, No offence taken. As the saying goes I dont want to be " TARED WITH THE SAME BRUSH".

I dont work in heavy rain out of choice. Thats all, nothing to do with being scared of customers. In my early days of w/cleaning I did clean in the rain as I needed the cash and if any customers asked me not to do them because of the rain. I allways gave them the choice of having it done or getting another w/c.

My round is good, I do not tolerate any customer who picks and chooses when they want their windows cleaned. If I go out to earn £200.00 in a day. Thats what I get, Death I make an excepation for.

JUST TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU GET THE FINAL RINCE FOR NOTHING :-X
How many times wfp have you returned 1 month later and they arnt dirty,
and its raind inbetween.
