Yes.
Ask HMRC what you need to get set up (passsword, security etc) - phone them at a quieter time and you will get though, although they may have to put you through to a "specialist adviser" or get one to ring you back.
But in principle you can definitely look at your own account. I do, but then my wife and I (grammar
) do our own accounts stuff and just ask HMRC when we feel the need.
