Upstairs only ?

If you had a house worth £10 with equal windows up and down and the customer says would you just do the upstairs only what percentage/price would you charge.

Wouldn't do it, they sound like cheapskates to me which would indicate problems getting your money.
We tell them we have a minimum charge of £7:50 and that they are better off to have the lot done.

I agree. I would just say that we charge x amount for the houses down this road and we can do just the upstairs but it will cost you the same ;D

its a bleedin bugger if u got sum1 workin wi ya. the guy up the ladder gets left behind!!
put a rediculos price on it
