does any one on the site now of any work that might be available inthe preston area ,i am new to the game and would appreciate any advice given to get me to get me of the ground nice one

Good area to start, especially down Garstang Rd, plenty of big houses to go for there.

What I tend to do is look out for houses for sale and when you see the sold sign go up then get in there.
Which end of fulwood are you at?

Good area to canvass, plenty of newish houses, loads of conservatories.
Get out there canvassing.
