Hi Bob,

Had a busy old week. Been having the living room plastered so I've had any internet connection. I went and priced that job up last week and I'm going to clean it Wednesday. I've got a job to price in Upton after that job so I might canvass the road he lives on as it's down a private pathway and non of the windows look like they have been cleaned for about ten years, they are really thick black with dirt.
The Lady I'm going to quote after that is a fussy old girl. I'm sure if I impress her then all her friends are going to find out so she will hopefully be a good sales rep for me without her knowing it. Anyway Yesterday I went out canvassing and picked up about £105 in four weekly cleans and a lot of people I spoke to said that they had my leaflet and where going to give me a call. These are probably the ones who will trickle in over the next 12 months.

Oh and I got bit twice within the space of ten semi detached houses posting my leaflets on Wednesday. The second one drew blood and I wasn't too happy about it.

All in all I've been back out 3 weeks and I've picked up 29 new customers. I'm going to try and do a load of one off houses where my mum lives. She lives in a road of terraced houses and I have found if you pick them up as regulars they are a pain in the back side but if you call and do them one off then you tend to go home with a fair old wage because the windows are black everyone says yes but when you try and convert them they all start messing you about after a couple of cleans.
