they are exactly the same as all the other companys controllers, Gardiners, WCW, Purefreedom, Polarbrite. They are just labeled up for each supplier. They are all made by Spring.

Pass Ritchy,

I've never used them, but I'm seriously contemplating. Research leads me to believe they can be very useful, especially when sending a van out with a schedule!

Don't believe them to be overly expensive, so won't be a nightmare if it goes tits up

The controller has a 12 month warranty

The charger has a built in split relay so once the engine is running the leisure battery is being recharged. Spruce has put some very detailed posts on here re spilt relays and charging.

properly calibrated the controller should give 2 -3 years trouble free use

I hate those things compared to my simple and reliable old school varistream with a dial, finally died after many years of service. The settings never seem to stay fixed loads of water 1 minute slow the next. Constantly having to retune the stupid thing. Then sometimes the pump just refuses to pump then out of the blue it decides to work again. I'm going to buy one with a dial again wouldn't touch another digital controller.

We have 3 of these controllers and have been using them for 2 years, we have had no problem what so ever.
