II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
NIHE requires a contractor or contractors to provide office cleaning
services in the offices listed in the Specification. Details of the
services are provided in the tender documentation. The services to be
procured are divded in to the following five lots to cover five areas
within Northern Ireland:
Lot 1: South East area;
Lot 2: North East area;
Lot 3: West area;
Lot 4: Housing Centre, Spencer House, Ann Street, and Norwich Union House,
Belfast;
Lot 5: Belfast area.
NIHE proposes to hold a separate competition and enter a separate contract
for each lot. NIHE reserves the right to abandon the competition for any
lot at any time. Please refer to the tender documentation for further
details.
There is no guarantee that any agreement or contract will be put in place
in relation to this notice. No compensation etc will be paid if a tender
or resulting agreement is withdrawn and / or the procurement process
stopped for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on
the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
