just get in touch with the business department of your local concil.  i got one trough mine (stockport) but the business had to be younger than two years

Don't know where your based - the great Yarmouth area do biz start-ups and ongoing help
if the area is 'deprived' you stand a better chance..

Take on an apprentice. You get funding straight away. We are taking on two this year.
