Does anyone know how to send a private message via there Facebook page mines won't let me but when I do it sends it from my personall Facebook page annoying ??

At the top of your facebook page, click on the small triangle next to 'home'  and it will give you an option to use facebook as ............

That should do it

I think that only affects comments you leave, not messages?

On my page, people can message me if theyre on a computer (but not on a phone), and I can reply from the business - but I can't start a private conversation with anyone.

yeah iv just done a bit more digging you cant send a private msg to someone unless they send it to you first which is annoying wish i set up a normal facebook page instead of a group..i say anoying it just means when somebody contacts you you'll need to ask them to recontact you but this time with a private message so you can reply privately .if you want to be private that is . Cant imagine everyone would like to display there prices ?
