Going Commercial!

Have stayed with domestic only for a while but recently I have decided to try and add some nice well priced commercial to the books. How many of you guys are commercial only??
Following pictures show 2 blocks there where 5 in total!
Our first big commercial completed on Friday, long day but well worth the stiff neck .

Great pictures!
I have a large domestic round with a few commercials. I have recently done the same thing as your planning and ive been busy pricing up a number of commercial jobs. Its been going great... It will be fantastic for when i go VAT registered as it will be less VAT to take a hit on as i can add it onto commercial jobs.
Depending on where my business is in 12-18 months time i may get a WFP set up and start my canvasser on commercial only canvassing!
Best of luck
Danny

I had to change to wfp to keep 2 commercial jobs, both for the same company 2 seperate sites.
Glad I did as I now do 6 sites for same company..

Theres two guys live just by me have a liveried van..WFP/pure water/no ladders etc..... fitted out with a Ionics or Brodex system (can't remember which) all the poles etc..they've never used it. All they do is commercial/contract/tender work. They actually use ladders and reckon WFP is crap !!!

We were commercial only for 30 years, so it can be done, but do both now, and like the fact of dealing with customers face to face again, but commercial can be very, very profitable, and no collecting
