How do you start up a contractract cleaning company

What are the first things to consider when starting a contract cleaning company? How do you get contracts? How do you market the company? what is the most important thing to consider when starting up? Please help!!!!!!!

Throw your bed away. Say hello to grey hairs and search for competant staff to replace the long list of mentally challenged and illegal immigrant staff that will apply and likely be employed if only you could find where they've got to on the job. ;D

It's not always that bad.
Some times it's worse! ;D

Sorry, but I've been there and done it. 12 staff 5-7 days a week all year.
Big turnover. Gets you in the VAT race and for such a big turnover most of it goes straight back out again. Take up carpet cleaning or some other owner operator work. Then only you are responsible for your reputation.
Experience does not qualify as Knowledge and Understanding.
Understand how and why and you'll produce great results.
