Commercial Cleaning

Hi
I am new to this forum.. I have been running a small Domestic Cleaning service since 2010 and slowly have a regular flow of regular clients and work alone. I have the possible of two contracts coming up which will be out of hours work.. I want to expand my business commercially and I know these contracts will be great opportunities and do not want to turn the work down !! How can I over come this?? and how do I go about employing staff to work these hours? I am a little confused on what is the best direction to go..

Shame nobody replied to this message as it would be extremely useful to know whether commercial cleaning would require same pricing strategy as domestic cleaning...would the same rate applies to cleaning an office as to cleaning a home? This is what we do at the moment and I can't help feeling that this is not quite right...
