What set up you gonna be using mate? Filtered down to tap water quality? Ie: no chunks?

Initially trailer mounted purely for filtration / transfer tank later in year hope to incorporate it into new van ... Looking to acheive <100 microns.

In simple terms progression... we increased safety ropes... started Vac / pump far cleaner.. added WFP... etc

We all know washing uses vast quantities of water, if we can now offer this to the public additional wastes saving / improvement has to be a huge plus / selling aid especially given the current times.

I know some customers dont give a damn with ref to Hs etc...  But thats not our target customer. There is an initial outlay plus ongoing costs increased servicing etc but we will build this into our costs.

I applaud you. I think it is a real selling point. The country is staring at drought orders being brought in and if the water companies don't pull it together this is going to become a regular thing.

I looked into a vortex recycling unit, in one of the trailers (when I had them), they said that they could fit and supply for 5k.

I may look into this before the end of the year. I used about 4000 litres today and can use up to 10 000 litres on a busy day. we always have problems with getting to water outlets and taps etc and it is one of my bugbears.

I agree that it's a great selling point to certain customers but I don't have the need for that selling point up here

i can see the selling point of this but i personally think the extra hose for recovering the water will be a constant hastle and cost more time than it will save for a lot of jobs, i wouldnt mind any updates on how you get on with it though

I might recycle sweat mate, I think I pumped out 300 litres of that today!
