Depends how long u leave em.if you only cleaned them a month ago a quick brush over is ok.just check for bird poo and marks as you clean them.
If its 2 or 3 months take a bit more care
Hope that helps.

im trad at the moment but same synario really, when i pick a new house up i find it sometimes takes a couple of cleans before im confident enough to clean it as tho iv been doing it for years,if wfp then id just take my time and let the speed come naturally as if your only just starting out you dont want to be risking losing customers

Irrespective of how many cleans,I always go across the top of the window first,I find it's the best way to get into the corners

On a second clean I assume the worse, theres still likely to be some previous cleaning fluid residues on the frames and seals quite possibly as well as any degraded seal residues that still need to come off. Do them thoroughly on the second clean regardless, Im only happy to start letting up on the thoughness after a good number of regular cleans. Sheeting glass helps too as they rinse better.

I work on this.. Give em a really thorough first clean as we alk do.

Then the next two cleans I give em a good scrub along top then up and down and a real good rinse.

After the first 3 cleans I find I can just go over the frames, along top of glass, one scrub then rinse.

I don't spoil my customers after the 1st clean; I'll do a thorough job first time around; and then on subsequent cleans just clean them as I would if they were the 56th clean.

I've not had any complaints (from customers).

tosh is spot on, you worked real hard to get them perfect the first time, you know they are perfect becasue thats how you left them, notw they are just another house on the round, perfect after once over the glass and head of water from the top
