provide a service contract to maintain the Trusts internal and external
cleaning services to the glazed windows and window frames both externally
and internally in accordance with all relevant working at height

VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals

allow a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period between notifying the
award decision and awarding the contract. Unsuccessful tenderers and
