This is a regular occurence for us. However due to the systems we have in place we have never been caught out. There is a national fraud line in existence now which collates these kind of events you should pass the details on to them.

Hi John
Good shout I will pass on the details of this.
We have had a few people try it on in the past but our checks have always flagged it. Like cleaningsystems mentioned I think at the time of the purchase the card hadn't been reported stolen.
