Just wondered what most people do about sloped roofs, i have a few where they are a bit risky to walk on would rather not bother and knock a few pound off the price.
suppose the obvious answer buy a w.f. pole.

yep, got it in one! that or use a pole with applicator or sqweegee on it, tho still doesn't do great job that way.

WFP DIY start kit may be cheaper then you think

I have stopped walking on any roofs like this now there is no point taking the risk mate to myself or damage to the roof  if it's the odd one I pole it and add a pound for the trouble if there is a couple or more then I defo pass it up now iv gt a number off another cleaner who is wfp and recomend them to customer it's slightly more pro than just saying no! iv gt so many that i have to mess around with trad poleing from when I started out that annoy me they really break up your rhythum lol there's plenty that I can do instead

If the roof is only say 2 metre away you can use a stand off . Place it i on the top of the ladder and AT THE TOP OF THE BACK WALL OVER THE ROOF.I also used a swivel squeegee from Unger  with a 0 degree blade 9 THE BLADE LIES FLAT WITH THE SQUEEGEE ON A POLE.i even cleaned above connies with this set up.

cant believe there are still peeps doing it the trad way !!!!!!!! It must be 7 years ive been wfp !!!!!!!! thats hard work & long winded i still find it an effort to get the ladder off to access a roof !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Either wfp or 'pitch' the ladder over to the window and have someone 'foot it' for ya
