Do any off you guys carry double sided tape to stick this back on windows if it comes of while cleaning with a water fed pole.had 2 bits come off on a window i was doing today and top it off there was a bloke doing a house the traditional way 2 doors up having a laff at my exspense lol.

have some at home, but i tend to use super glue and activator spray
nit that i have knocked any off i add trimmings or refit to new trims
for custards here is a supplier or ebay

are you talking about the trims that hold the glass in .or am i totally wrong

Ok you know u get a plain double glazed window well i do them no probs but occasionally u get windows that have plastic sections glued or taped on to make up square patterns like u get with led dressing but in white plastic well i knocked part of the plastic dressing off that makes the squares.
Did i explain it any better lol.

ah yes you need the glazing tape, not super glue.

Stupid design id have thought they would have made them a bit stronger than that but thanks will get some incase it happens again i used mastic this time but was a bit off a faff.

Yes I clean on an estate where there always falling off, even before the windy has a go  : It's  not that expensive £10 for a roll, and i've had mine for the last 4 years and still got loads left.

got it they fall of even when we were trad ,dont think we have any left with these,the ones we had were just single bars that were put on because of planning regs ,but fell off never to go on again

glazing tape, it is quick and easy, made for outdoors and you can get different thicknesses, you can get it off ebay or the link in my first post on this thread, i would not keep it to long, as i think this is one of the reasons why it falls off, because old stuff has been used to fit it in the first place. its a theory
