Pricing commercial work
« on: January 15, 2012, 06:27:42 pm »
Hi guys, I've been driving past this large office block for a while, 4 story and about 50m by 30m floor to top glass  ;D

I should really pull over an have a proper look at it as driving past is getting dangerous  ;D

But I'd like some pointers.  I'd think it would take the two of us at least 2-3 hours or more solid work although I could be wrong.  But do people put a premium on the top for doing higher work, say over 30'.

I wouldn't want to put in a price of £300 when someone else might price it at twice that  :-\

Where do you start  ;D
