I bought three of them, the 18,24 and the 36 feet poles about a year ago,the 3 year guarentee means nothing, the sections actually bend and I mean the sections and is impossible to extend or even close, the clamps are really rubbish too and the 24 and 36 pole is very bendy at full lenght,I could almost scratch my back with the 36 foot version, the 18 foot one was ok for domestic and the closed lenght was impressive with four sections but that soon bent and the clamps either got stuck orkept slipping no matter how much I tightened them, gave them away in the end and purchased an Elite pole and that does the majority of my work and am quite happy with it,remember you get what you pay for.
