provide cleaning services for:
— Annual deep cleaning of kitchens in students residences during summer
vacation,
— Any cleaning duties that cannot be undertaken by the in-house cleaning
team throughout the year,
— Responding to emergency call out 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52
weeks per year.
Accordingly the University is seeking competitive tenders from suitably
qualified contractors in response to this invitation to tender.
