pat testing machine

does anyone know where i can buy a pat testing machine (cheap or seconhand) mainly to be used for vacs and polishers

Yes, you can PAT test your own equipment.

In fact, under the law you only need to ensure your equipment is "safe". In other words it is not compulsory to PAT test.
