do i need a website before i can get people to pay me with pp   been on their web site but didnt understand it, are there any ways where i dont need a website

If you have a pp account then you just need to give your customer your pp account adress. is that what you are asking?

Your customer will need a paypal account either way, site or not. If you have a site, you just put a direct link to pay yourself. As per my homepage. Not a plug, I promise, just by way of example.

If you have a few customers that will pay this way, your site will soon pay for itself!

if you have it on your site the customer does not need a paypal account, they just enter their debit card details
