I think you would have a better chance if you put a few more details in like,what size of bowser are we talking about ??? ???

did post picture but does not seem to have come up?    its a 250 gal sky blue bowser from trailer engineering  green reel with yellow hose attached pump and battery underneath, stolen from west wickham, kent bound to show up like a sore thumb!!! the only one ive seen....
