New to the site, and new to CC. Only been operating on my own since August after leaving a CC company that wasnt quite "top of the pops". Doing very well and since finding this site have learnt a hell of a lot too. So thanks to all who contribute with ideas and stuff. Will be on the NCCA training course 25/26 Nov - So hope to start learning a lot more.
I have 2 questions that I hope may be answered:
1, Am looking to go and have a look at the Rotovac - Pro' & Cons?
2, I would like to set up a service to offer customers 2 cleans a year, plus a certain amount of call-outs for emergencies for a monthly fee. (Cant remember if i saw that idea somewhere on here or elsewhere).
Is there a good way to price this up for the different sized houses?
