Pocket george
« on: September 02, 2011, 10:01:48 am »
Morning,

So ive just recently purchased and starting using George on my PC. Pocket george was included in the purchase so was just wondering if its worth using it. Ive been looking at PDA's on Ebay and their cheap enough just wondering if their is any great advantage. Ive only got a small round (at the moment) so just print of the worksheets.

Cheers for any advice!

Steve

I also print out job sheets each day - wouldn't mind an altenative

I'm now running pocket george - and first impressions are good.

I bought a 2nd hand palm m130 on eBay for just over a fiver, downloaded the desktop & hot sync software on the web for free.  It's a bit of a brick, but came with a leather case so should stand up to being knocked about in the van.

Easy to update jobs and payments as you go, and 2 minutes on the pc at home and everythings updated.

Highly recommend it.
