County Durham Procurement Consortium Invite Expressions of interest from
suitably qualified and resourced companies for the provision of Window
Cleaning Services to the Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust
(TEWV).
The Trust specialises in providing mental health care to a broad spectrum
of age groups ranging from young children to the elderly and covering a
large geographical area of County Durham, Darlington, the Tees Valley and
North Yorkshire.
The Window Cleaning Services will be provided at various locations across
the estate. The current requirement for services is at a total of 55
locations, comprising Hospitals, Residential Units and Administration
Centres.
The service will comprise the window cleaning of the premises with the
requirements tailored to the site specific needs. Full details of the
service requirement will be contained in the subsequent tender documents.
The period of the contract will be 36 months with the option to extend for
a further 24 months.

Interested parties will be requested to complete a Pre Qualification
