Upside Down Ads
« on: August 16, 2011, 08:39:44 pm »
I was looking through a local business magazine today and there was an upside down ad in it. My first thought was the company would be wanting there money back for the mistake.

After a few moments of studying the upside down ad I realised it was done deliberate and had caught my attention. Good bit of marketing.

True Derek  ;D  but if your the first in your local mag it would make it difficult for others to follow as they wouldn't want to be seen as copying you.

Here is a blog about it.

I did this about 6 years ago in my local free paper. It did not increase my work load, I just got sick of people telling me they have printed it the wrong way up. Dean

I got my last lot of leaflets printed upside down.  Didn't make any difference to the number of calls I got.
