Method statment for gutters

Wondered if anyone has one i could have a look at  risk assesment

method statment to clean out gutters USING LADDERS

 its for a nursing home never needed them

before did a search on here could not find anything

on your risk assesment, do you think it will be safer to clean from the floor using a vac system or using a ladder,
thats what risk assesments are for, to evaluate the risk, very suprised a building owner, eg nursing home lets you use a ladder after WAHR 2005

yes i agree had somone off this site with a gutter vac

give me a price as its not some thing i want to get into

put the price in and have been told head office would not pay it

and they would get thier own contractors in

i was surprised at the price
as i clean the windows do not want to lose them well so put

my price in for gutters a lot cheaper would be an easy day

so need the the assesments if anyone can help
