I bought myself a VAX infinity handheld streamer from B&Q in the sale for under £25, Bought it to aid my oven cleaning business, but Ive used it more for chewing gum and softening gloss paint on carpets than I have in the ovens, it takes about 90 seconds to get up to temperature then gives you more than enough steam to do the job, about 4-5 minutes with on and off use.
Dont know how much they are new, but at £25ish it was a steal. Came with accessories.
