Hi I havent come across any - I built ours some time ago to do this, but I would certainly be interested to see if there is some others out there and how it works.

I guess one way if you cant find any specific software would be to use the quote features on some accounting packages and  bolt it onto your specs.

What sort of specs would you want? functions and catergories?

How about software/apps for:
Tendering, Pricing, site info ie site details,contacts,cleaners info budgets, cleaning spec per site
Audit documents..etc
.it must be the way forward...use i-phone/i-pads

this is way too late but if you are still looking for software let me know as I have found a very good product but more for larger clients/buildings. For smaller ones they can be used as consultants.
