been offered to buy work in 7 different parts of liverpool,2rounds are every fortnight rest are monthly takes 1400 amonth,he wants 5600,does this seam a good price

Seems like quite a decent price although maybe a little high. I could be wrong but I think generally people charge about 4x the value of what a round brings in a month as the overall asking price.

no way 10 x some rounds going for large amounts but its like anything there is a demand as no work around in other sectors , but as the economy picks up you will be picking work up cheap , For example a few years back houses went very exspensive but now they recon many houses bought in them years are not worth what they paid
