I'm reluctantly selling my newly established window cleaning round due to taking on more commitments in my full time job.
All of these are currently done in the traditional way with a ladder but no reason a WFP wouldnt do the job. These are all domestic houses with the customers paying either at the time of clean or later in the evening and two houses paying by cheque.
The round totals to £307 on a 6 week rotation conisiting of 22 homes with the price ranging from £5 for a small bunglow to £35 for a front of house with conservatory at the back.
At the time of the sale i will send letters to all customers informing them of the change and I can take any potential buyers through the round if they wish.
The asking price is £1000 for the whole round.
I can sell the ladders and the all the gear you need to start up seprate if it is needed so ideal for a first timer or someone wanting to expand.
Comes with a phone which all the customers contact me on and the number that is on all the flyers that have been delivered.
