the payload varies a bit with each model, this should help

I've got a 1.7dti with a max weight of 2000kgs, I went for a 350 upright, when it's full you don't even notice the extra weight - and I'm really pleased with the fuel economy

hi GB, if you open your drivers door there should be a black plate on the bodywork. The top number is your payload. Reading my manual the figures are : top number 1730 = payload of 595kg, top number 1805 = payload of 595kg, top number 2020 = payload of 810kg. ive just changed my tank from a 250lt upright to a 350 lt flat. i was going to get a 400lt but i would of pushed my limits ( my payload is 595kg ). anyone want to buy a 250lt upright tank  :)

Mines same van, its not much slower loaded up mate, hardly noticeable, you might notice it on a hill. Theyre just slow full stop lol, good old chuggers, amazing on fuel which is all i care about.
