This is what I use but a mattress is a pain because you cannot get inside to clean whats run through - advise the customer of this before you start unless its yourself with the bladder or drink problem

If you check the search function on here there have been loads of threads on this subject.
However the results IMO are never as good as you would like, but have a nosey on the search.
I would use M power for the in depth treatment and a Microsplitter for the stain, but as a rule do not touch matressess except with petrol and a match.

Urea once dried is insoluble and you won't get it out. You may tone it down but the ring is always going to be there. Try UrineOff you may get lucky.
Geriatric urine often contains blood as well

Doctor says to old man I need a sample of your blood, urine, sperm and faeces- so the old man takes off his underpants and hands them to the doctor. The joke works well if timed right and about someone.
Cleaning up a urine soaked mattress has all these to contend with then?

Actually matresses are so cheap that you can almost buy a new one for what I would want to charge for my time to clean one.

you can make a solution of vinegar, dishwashing liquid and water, rub the stain and the problem is solved. And for the odour - sprinkle some baking soda, leave for a couple of hours and vacuum

If you honestly think this will work which I doubt you have extracted nothing. The body fluids are still in the mattress, use black light and you'll see
