Do you price for commercial customers the same rate as domestic?

I wish  :) No, generally speaking, the rate is much lower per window. It's sometimes amazing when you find out how little the budget is.

we norm charge more as with alot of commercial they dont have it done that often etc ...

some places have a daft budget like £15 for a job that should be £50 but theres always a wc that will do it

Unfortunately the rate they expect to pay is far less than the equivilent sized house; it's very competative and prices have dropped.

I  think the time has come to draw a line between small commercial like the chippy or the mac Donald or a say 3 story office bock or ware house I do not think of the Lidl or a chippy is a commercial job . I see them more a business clean. The think the shops/ business are not well paid but larger commercial as more money.

I generally price it the same as domestic per window. Add a percentage dependant on frequency. Then knock off 10% for having the work all in one location (dependant on size of course)
