thanks for your reply, its not for me im taking on a new canvasser and would like them to have as much information to hand as possible.
basically he's my father in law and used to be a salesman but has never used or dealt with WFP.
My advice is the same as the others. You don't have to know anything more than the fact it's pure water, usually purier than rain water which doesn't leave streaks.
The job of your canvasser is to look for new customers. If they haven't a window cleaner then do they want one? Then agree a price and cleaning schedule. You main concern who is going to price the job? Is he going to or does he pass the info on to you to complete?
His job is not to explain how WFP works, it's just to get the enquiries for window cleaning. It's your job to ensure the customer is happy with the clean your canvasser has found.
