Cancellation ..... bloke made redundant .. not much can do about that one 

next house ..... leave it next month as on holiday says the old dear (about 65) then before I could say it dont work like that she then says u can start cleaning my mums windows from July (she lives next door) 

so still down 1 in reality but must be the fastest replaced customer ever

i had an incident last week,done one and said can do every other month from now,next house dont do again then man comes out wants his doing and says my sisters moved in round the corner and my mum next door.did them both as well.lost £17,gained £24, not bad at all
