resiblock trade

anyone used or got any views on resiblock trade? a local builders merchant gave me a sample to try today, they are selling it for £64 + vat, 20 quid cheaper than off resiblocks web site,

I never use resiblock as it cannot be retrieved easily if it rains on the job and to overcoat it you have to abraid the surface, I bought a wire brush board for my scrubber for this. The whole sealant thing is a pain but acrylic is more user friendly. The two cannot be used as an overcoat for the other either - they look fine but go grey with time as they delaminate.

i also try to talk custies out of sealing as i know it's a pain, but i will stick with my regular for the ones who insist.

been tempted to use pics in the past, what do they charge for 25lts? it dont tell you there web site.

if you buy direct from pics you can negotiate depending on how much you want. for a single 25l keg you are looking at around £70. not used resiblock trade but i believe it is a water soluble product.
