got a meeting with regards to  a builders clean at a well known shop its a huge store being opened and was after sopme advice i should consider before the meeting

such as what questions do i need to ask to sound more professional

what things should i be aware of

any waivers i need to mention aswell as scratched glass waiver

make sure u get em to sign
a waiver re scratched glass esp
with yr ruff boys lol
or just give it me !!!!
