notice that some councils mention working at hight regs. local council h&s is looking to see if the council has a responsability to make sure you are working in accordence with the h&s as the isuing council.these guys dont you just love them ;D ;D ;D ;D

would love to see them try this. that could open one almighty can of worms. you could just turn around and say joiners work witht public are they compliant with H&S and how come they are not licensed etc.

SLWCN must feel like they are hitting a brick wall each day. doug is trying his best to make things better but a lot of work required.

i'm sure the courts can fine ye up to 2k if you dont have a licence and take you to court.
