Hi all
Don,t wont to sound to cheeky but does anyone have a basic copy of a Site/contract specific risk assessments and a method statements for builders cleans.
We all have to start somewhere

It is as you have said. Site specific, so what are you going to be doing, using etc. What sort of hazards will your work force be facing. The method is the method of cleaning, the risk is whatever machinery  eg, 110v vac, trailing leads, etc will create.
There are no templates as each site is different.

I was looking for  the basic documents to work from before i started to approach any sites. I know alot of site agents through being in the building trade. I've done a lot of restoration  work and brickwork cleans ie Bridges, tunnels and new builds. But with the current climate i thought i would try working for myself a little bit more. Maybe moving in the internal new build cleans. I'm not interested in trying to start a company its only for myself.
I know its very cheeky to ask people for these documents and that they cost £s for people to write them. But any help would be great.
