Cladding
« on: April 29, 2011, 04:38:11 pm »
Hi guys

Been asked to quote to wash down some cladding on a factory building, the painted ribbed metal style,
Is it a case of rough time x hotly rate, or use a rate per square metre?

And would you use external tap and use tap water for scrudding and pure for rinsing?

Any help be appreciated

Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!

I would use a back pack with TFR to apply to cladding and Fresh water and a pole to rinse.I would only use pure if need be for extra rinse if fresh water leaves marks. In my own experiences pure water has not been needed.

Mr B - i always price by time it would take to do the job  - you wont need pure - as previous post spray on a
bit of TFR then WFP with water.
