Anyone having WCP problems - customers deleted
« on: April 28, 2011, 04:20:34 pm »
As per title....

Have noticed in the past week that WCP has deleted 5 jobs off my round.

I never delete jobs, just suspend them. But these have completely vanished from wcp all together.

Im the only person who deals with my business. My wife hasnt deleted them off and my kids cant access the computer.

I noticed again on todays work sheet .... 2 jobs missing, checked wcp and they had gone.... good job i remembered.... the 5 jobs work out at nearly £80  a month

Has anyone else had this happen to them ?

Froggy - is this just on the screen or the printed sheet ?

we have noticed that on very busy days the schedule will not show all the jobs but they are there when printed out

Both Darran.... its not just deleted customers now i think about it... marking accounts paid when not, doubling up bills due, changing dates
