my partner and i, want to start our own cleaning company.She will be cleaning houses ie hoovering polishing ect and me to do window cleaning. Any advice on starting this project would be greatly apprecated

Yes
Go for it and never look back!
But...
Be prepared to do more than 'polishing and hoovering'
I've just done a ''minger'' of a job, clean+carpets, took 6 1/2 hours. Oven gross, fridge minging, freezer hanging, woodwork goping... I think you get the point. but...
