Hi Starm

I see youve had very little interest, i personally would say your price is to high.

I looking to set my brother in -law up & would be intersted in pockets but not at that price

The method i use is x the monthly value by an agreed figure dependent on the work. 2 to 4 tmes the value is average, some get higher but, rare.

Looking at eccleshal, Stone etc. i recently sold a round of £250 plus for £700 plus some cheap equipment. Now my brother-in-law is out of work &  loking to setup. He as a van i,ve borrowed him & trained to go.

We are currently lookng in those areas as i already have about £300 pm further up.

Thanks

Gary

StarM

No probs, just showing interest but, letting you know where i stand on buying.

Good Luck & i hope you sell for what you want, its what someone is prepared to pay is the actual value.

Cheers
