Description of the contract:
Provision of Cleaning Services. The Awarding Authority invites bids for Cleaning Services for the specified
location for deep and shallow cleaning during the summer recess 2011; this will include options to quote for
oven cleaning and carpet cleaning, as
required. The contract will also include the option to quote for external window cleaning (typically required at
six monthly intervals). The Awarding Authority has also included the option to quote for cleaning en-suite
rooms within residences (but is
under no obligation to purchase). The Awarding Authority reserves the right to ask the successful contractor(s)
to carry out a modest amount of additional work as & when required.
Please note that the Awarding Authority is seeking a contract(s) with a supplier(s) for the supply of cleaning
services for the current summer 2011 recess period ONLY (other than for an additional external 6 month

3. Responding to the tender
